At So...? Fragrance, we want you to love your new scent; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return any unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization code.

  Secure the Package

  Ensure the fragrance is in its original, sealed packaging and place it securely in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal carrier or collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
